Parking: Reserved parking in front of building for private sessions only. For group classes please give yourself adequate time to find parking along streets.

For our clients’ safety and consideration of others, the studio does not allow children or pets inside the room while classes are in session or left unattended outside. We do not assume responsibility or liability at the studio for children, pets, or any visitors who have not signed a class waiver between or after sessions.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time of your session, 10 minutes if it is your first time to the studio. For physical safety reasons and respect for the other class participants, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will be unable to attend class.

Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 9:00 pm

Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm (other times available by request)
