“The biggest thing I would say is that I was in a bad place with my back, and my doctor told me that I either had to intervene with something like Pilates, or it was going to get worse. I was about 5 years in this reoccurring lower back problem, which was random but occurring more often, and lasting longer. “I’ve gone to this studio for a few years, first barre classes, and then started reformer classes when they switched to all reformers. Karen’s jump board class is now my favorite….she’s awesome and not only is it a great workout, but fun, as well…..can’t say that about many workouts!! Also, Michelle is one of my other favorite instructors. She gives very personalized instruction, especially for those who have any injuries, and not only is she very experienced, but also warm and funny too.
